About Myself

I am an independent organisation development consultant, facilitator, coach mentor and trainer. I have spent 20 years in the NHS, 10 years of which were on the Board of an acute, mental health and community trust, with two and a half years at Chief Executive level. I have also spent 5 years on the top team of a French mortgage company in both an HR and general management capacity.

Whilst my more recent NHS posts were planning and operationally focused my original professional work was in personnel. I was Head of HR and Training for a South Wales unit of hospitals. I gained earlier HR experience with Ford Motor Company and Rolls Royce Aero engines.

I have also worked in further education, with youth and children, and the voluntary sector.
