My 18 years experience as a Chief Executive, Board and top team member in the public and private sectors enables me to bring a breadth of experience to senior level organisation coaching; and roots me firmly in the real world of professional tasks, roles, responsibilities, politics, economic constraints and opportunities, and interpersonal dynamics.

I work with a number of associates should you require a specialist input that I do not offer; or if any programme planned requires further capacity.
